Now that your experience is fully built, how do you Publish the Experience (aka make it accessible by your users) and/or Save the space as a template to use, reuse, remix, as well as share or sell with others to use for their experiences?

Publishing an Experience:

1. First, make sure you saved your creation! To save, click "T" and on the top bar click the "Save" icon.

2. Once it's saved, click "esc" to open your main menu and leave the room. You'll now find yourself on the Home menu. Go to the Projects page.

   

3. Navigate to the Project you wish to Publish/Share and click the 3 dots to open the Project Menu.

   

4. Click Share

   

   1. Embed: Embed your 3D content and immersive social experience directly on your very own website with just 4 lines of code! We at Agora World believe YOU own your experience, not us. Therefore, you deserve to share it where it your customers are already visiting - your website. Simply click “Embed”, Copy the Tag, and Paste it into your site to Embed.

      

   • Copy Link: Copy the link to your Experience Page (example here). Save this link and Share it with your friends, family team members, community members, and more to access your experience!
   • Copy Room Code: Copy the room code to share with someone directly if they wish to paste it directly into the “Join” text box to enter your experience.

5. And it’s Published!

Saving as a Template:

1. First, make sure you saved your creation! To save, click "T" and on the top bar click the "Save" icon.

2. Once it's saved, click "esc" to open your main menu and leave the room. You'll now find yourself on the main menu. Go to the Projects page.

   

3. Navigate to the creation you wish to save as a template and click the 3 dots to open the Project Menu

   

4. At the bottom of the list, you’ll see an option that says “Save as Template” - Click this and it will automatically be saved to your Library as a Template! Once saved, you will see a pop up confirmation message on your screen.

5. So how do you USE the template you just created?

   1. Click "Library"

      

   2. Now you'll see the template you just created under "My Templates" in your Library

      1. If you sort by just Templates: This will only show the templates added and saved to your account, including Official Templates by our team at Agora World. To use one of your Templates, simply click on the image and it will setup and open a new Project and enter you directly into “Edit in World”

   3. Navigate to the template you wish to use for this new Experience. To Select a template, simply click on it and it will automatically open a new project for you to begin customizing.

Congratulations!! And just like that, you've successfully built and published your very own immersive experience and created your very first template.
